We made the ballroom look like a beautiful forest. We had flowers from the ceiling, and flowers, trees, and greenery almost everywhere you looked. The ceremony was held in the ballroom where we built a platform aisle in the middle. The tables were placed all around and there were a few rows of seats on both sides of the aisle in the front for people to sit in. After the ceremony we had a quick turnover to remove the platform aisle and rows of seats to make room for the dancefloor for the reception to begin. The quick turnover took around 10 to 15 minutes.
