We built a platform aisle that went from the bottom of the stairs walking into the ballroom to center stage. There were floral centerpieces all along. We set up a couple of rows of seats along the aisle as well as the assigned tables spread around the ballroom. Once the ceremony concluded, we had a quick turnaround where we had to pull the platform aisle and rows of ceremony seats to build the dancefloor in the center of the room. This quick turnaround took about 10 to 15 minutes.
