They had a private ketubah signing in a room prior to the ceremony starting, where we made sure the ketubah, kippah, and talit were in the room. The ceremony was then held in the ballroom where we built a white platform aisle. We decorated it with florals and votives on both sides all along the sides. We had florals and many chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The entrance for the people dancing down the aisle was built on a stage with white draping to hide them until it was their turn to come out. Once the ceremony concluded, we had a quick turnaround where we had to remove the aisle and rows of seats from on top of the dancefloor. This process took about 10 to 15 minutes. We had the reception walls lit up with a blue Gobo with their initials and small butterflies fanned out. We built a few LED paneled screens behind the DJ to display graphic design and colors to go with the music. The DJ booth was also built with an LED screen to display colorful graphic designs.
